Return & Refund Policy
Because many BigFella Creative items are custom printed or made to order, returns and exchanges may be limited.
Custom Printed Items
Custom apparel, team store items, DTF transfers, personalized products, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a production error or defect.
Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at orders@bigfellacreative.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include your name, order details, and photos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to a BigFella Creative production error, we will review the issue and determine the best next step.
Sizing
Please review sizing before ordering. Size exchanges may not be available for custom or made-to-order items.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed for customer errors, incorrect sizing choices, late artwork submission, or approved designs that were printed as requested.
Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a BigFella Creative error.
