Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, BigFella Creative only ships within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Most shipped orders are sent through USPS. Once your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location and USPS transit times.

When do orders ship?

Orders are usually shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup may be available for approved orders. Pickup details will be confirmed after your order or quote request is reviewed.

How do I request a custom apparel order?

Visit the Get A Quote page and complete the quote request form. Include your project type, apparel style, quantity, sizes, deadline, design details, and any special instructions.

What types of custom apparel do you offer?

BigFella Creative offers custom t-shirts, hoodies, hats, team apparel, business apparel, event shirts, spirit wear, uniforms, and branded merchandise.

Do you offer DTF transfers?

Yes. BigFella Creative offers ready-to-press DTF transfers for brands, teams, schools, businesses, and custom apparel makers.

What artwork files do you accept?

For basic quote requests, you may upload a reference file through the quote form. For production-ready artwork, please email AI, EPS, PNG, PSD, ZIP, or large artwork files to orders@bigfellacreative.com after submitting your quote request.

How should I send large artwork files?

Submit your quote request first. Then email large or production-ready files to orders@bigfellacreative.com. Please include your name and project name so we can match the files to your request.

Can you help if my artwork is not print-ready?

Yes. If your artwork needs cleanup, resizing, background removal, or print preparation, let us know in your quote request. We will review the file and let you know what is needed.

Do you create team stores?

Yes. BigFella Creative builds online team stores for teams, schools, leagues, booster clubs, and organizations. We help with store setup, apparel options, printing, and fulfillment.

How do I start a team store?

Go to the Get A Quote page and choose Team Store as your project type. Include your team name, sport or organization, colors, logo if available, and the type of apparel you want to offer.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because custom printed items are made specifically for each order, returns and exchanges may be limited. If there is an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.

What if there is a problem with my order?
